Middle School Enrollment

Tukwila School District Enrollment Packet (PDF) 

During the school year:

Please email completed enrollment packets to Nancy Kawai, Registrar at Showalter Middle School, OR drop them off in person, either at Showalter or Tukwila School District Administration Office.

During the summer:

Please drop off completed Enrollment packets to the Tukwila School District Administration Office (4640 S. 144th St). 

Please make sure you also include the following documents  to register your child:

• Proof of Age - Birth Certificate, I-94, US Visa, or Passport
• Proof of Residency - Please complete the Verification of Residency Form and attach a Mortgage Statement, Rental/lease agreement, or a Utility bill that is attached to the dwelling in one or both parents' names.
