During the school year:
Please email completed enrollment packets to Nancy Kawai, Registrar at Showalter Middle School, OR drop them off in person, either at Showalter or Tukwila School District Administration Office.
During the summer:
Please drop off completed Enrollment packets to the Tukwila School District Administration Office (4640 S. 144th St).
Please make sure you also include the following documents to register your child:
- Proof of Age - Birth Certificate, I-94, US Visa, or Passport
- Proof of Residency - Mortgage Statement, Rental/lease agreement, or a Utility bill that is attached to the dwelling in one or both parents' names.
- Immunization Records
- Legal Guardian ID - State-issued driver's license or ID card, Passport, Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), Consular ID, Tribal ID, Work Authorization Card (with photo and name), or Military ID.
