Environmental Sciences

Joe Camacho and Oisin Gunning are our Environmental Science teachers. While Environmental Science is technically classified under the umbrella of Agriculture, this course will cover the topics needed for tomorrow's jobs that lead us away from fossil fuels and into a clean energy future. Solar panels? Sure, but there's also wind energy, tidal energy, and a whole realm of technology waiting to be utilized. The biggest threat to our future is insufficient clean water. Solar stills and desalinization? Learn about that and so much more!
