Above is an interview by Jennifer Fichamba, GEAR UP Coordinator for Foster High School, with Ramon, who is an iron worker with Local 86. Ramon came to the US from Mexico at age 14.  He attended Cashmere High School and technically was an ELL student, though they didn't offer ELL classes at his school.
