Work-Based Learning
While school is a place for learning, some learning is done in the workplace. Students who are close to graduation and transitioning to the wider world still have much to learn. Enter Work-Based Learning. This is a program where students work a job while in high school, are overseen by a CTE teacher, and receive high school credit relative to the type of job they work.
Work-Based Learning is overseen by Brian Seigel.
Businesses in our community hire our students and get the benefit of added oversight by a CTE teacher. The collaboration between these businesses and the Work-Based Learning program reflects the best values of our community and supports our future.
