Tukwila Promise

Launched in April 2025, Tukwila Promise was created through a collaborative partnership between Tukwila School District, City of Tukwila, and Highline College to provide financial resources and necessary support to students as they transition from Foster High School to Highline College and beyond. If you are graduating from Foster High School this year and planning to attend Highline College beginning in Fall 2025, sign up for Tukwila Promise! Tukwila Promise provides both a scholarship and support services to students to be successful at Highline College. Students who meet all of the requirements and deadlines will be able to take advantage of Tukwila Promise.

Requirements

• Graduate from Foster High School 
• No Citizenship Requirement
• Enroll at Highline College 
• Enroll in Financial Aid-Eligible Degree or Certificate
• Not Yet Completed College Degree or Certificate
• Not Available Summer Quarter

Deadlines

The following must be completed by Monday, June 2, 2025, to qualify for Tukwila Promise for 2025 Fall Quarter:

• Complete Tukwila Promise Enrollment Form (See Below)
• Highline College Enrollment Form
• Complete FAFSA or WASFA (Including All Highline College Financial Aid Forms)
